- Prepare 100 gr of tepung beras.
- Prepare 30 gr of tepung sagu.
- Prepare 1 sdt of pasta pandan (7 lbr daun pandan diblender).
- It's 260 ml of santan.
- Prepare 1/4 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 80 gr of gula pasir.
- It's of Bahan Gula Merah :.
- Prepare 200 ml of santan.
- You need 50 gr of tepung beras.
- It's 50 gr of tepung tapioka.
- It's 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1 lbr of daun pandan.
- It's 100 gr of gula merah.
Talam Pandan Gula Merah step by step
- Siapkan wadah campur Bahan ijo lalu saring.. Tuang ke cetakan kukus selama 15 menit (sebelum dikukus panasin dulu dan tutupnya ditutup kain).
- Sambil menunggu yg ijonya buat bahan gula merah nya rebus gula merah dan santan lalu daun pandan kemudian masukan tepung terigu, tapioka dan garamnya aduk2 lalu saring.
- Kemudian masukan gula merah nya kukus selama 15 menit.. Angkat sajikan waktu dingin.
